Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the return or issue is verified and approved by PK Sparkle.

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be provided for damaged, defective, wrong or unavailable products, subject to verification.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on payment provider, bank or internal processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by PK Sparkle.

Wholesale Orders

Refund terms for wholesale or bulk orders may vary and will be handled as per wholesale agreement or order confirmation terms.
