Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, packed or shipped.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting PK Sparkle support as early as possible after placing the order.

After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may check return eligibility after delivery.

PK Sparkle Cancellation Rights

PK Sparkle may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issue, incorrect details, suspicious order activity, delivery restrictions or pricing/product listing errors.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
