Return & Exchange Policy

We want customers to receive products in good condition. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in eligible cases.

Eligible Cases

Return or exchange may be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, wrong or missing from the order.

Cosmetics and Beauty Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or seal-broken cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Artificial Jewellery

Jewellery items can be considered for exchange only if received damaged or wrong, and the issue is reported within the allowed time.

Reporting Time

Customers should report any issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns are not accepted for used products, damaged packaging after delivery, personal preference change, shade mismatch, size preference, minor colour variation due to screen display or products bought during final sale.
